Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you encounter any issues with the size of your jacket, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Customers must report size issues within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges are not applicable if the size chosen by the customer does not match our measurement chart. In such cases, a 50% charge may apply.

If the size discrepancy is due to an error on our part, customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange.

If a customer finds an issue from our side related to pattern, design, or size of the product, then in such cases, customers can avail the Return And Exchange Policy by just sending us the pictures and pointing out the problems in the product.

Color Discrepancy:

We acknowledge that variations in screen resolution may cause slight differences in product color. If the color of your ordered product differs from the online image, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on product availability, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments:

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement shipment at our expense.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 24 hours but before three days from verification will incur a 25% deduction.

Cancellations made three days after verification will incur a 35% deduction.

No cancellations are permitted after one week from order confirmation.

Special circumstances may warrant a cancellation after one week, subject to a 50% deduction.
Return Shipment:

If you wish to exchange your jacket, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. While we offer a new jacket free of charge for size-related issues, customers are responsible for return shipment costs, which vary based on product size and weight.

Product Condition and Tags:

Customers must return the product in its original condition, with tags intact. We do not issue refunds for products that have been damaged.

Unresponsive Customers:

Failure to respond to emails regarding product production or shipment may result in order cancellation. A 50% refund will be issued in such cases.

Customs Charges:

While we offer free shipping worldwide, customers are responsible for any customs or regional charges that may apply.
