Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM (GMT: 08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Order Handling Time: 2-3 Business Days (Monday To Friday).

Transit Time: 4-6 Business Days (Monday To Friday).

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email via [email protected] with your order number and other details.
  • As your order is shipped, you will be confirmed with a shipping confirmation email. A tracking number and link to your shipment will be provided in the email.
  • We would like to acknowledge receipt of your order via email as soon as it is delivered.

We collaborate with FedEx and DHL to ensure a prompt and secure delivery.

Free Shipping

Shipment charges on all purchases with Stardom Jackets are free of cost.

Delivery Time

Free shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days for handling, and an additional 4-6 business days in transit.

Locations of Shipping

Due to shipping carrier limitations, we are only able to ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs.

Packages Lost

If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest you follow the steps outlined below for your convenience:

  • Confirm that your provided shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Inspect every possible location in your home that could be used for delivery.
  • Ask your family members or neighbours if they have accepted the package.
  • Begin your claim by providing your tracking number to the courier service.
  • If they report your package as misplaced, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. 
  • As per your preference, we will either issue a refund or reship your order.
